What is the lifetime household limit
One grant per person or household for life. Adults from a funded household stay ineligible for life.
How do children from a funded home apply later
They apply as adults after one year verifiable income and 24 months clean history. No adult from the childhood funded home participates in the new application.
What are the step gates

How do donors give
Donors give to the General Pot or direct funds to a vetted household ID.
How is privacy handled
Public browsing uses anonymous data stories. Identity data stays encrypted in the private system.
