Option 1, The General Pot
Purpose
Funds close the gap for households near the finish line, and support Emergency Level 3 requests.
Allocation
Allocation follows platform rules and household priority logic, with privacy preserved.
Option 2, The Individual ID
Unique household ID
Every vetted household receives an ID such as #HTF-7742 for directed funding.
Anonymous data stories
Donors browse stories with non identifying fields such as household size, county, and history duration.
